BOOKING POLICY

Our Christmas Period (December 2023)

A £10 deposit per person will be required at least 14 days in advance of the booking date. If no deposit has been received within this period, the booking will be cancelled without any further notice.
Bookings can only be amended/cancelled by phone and with a Manager, any other form of amendment/cancellation will not be accepted.

Bookings can be amended or cancelled no later than 7 days before the booked date. Any refund due can only be processed to the card originally used to pay the deposit and this will be possible only up until 7 days before the booked date and may take up to 5 working days to reach the account.

If your party number reduces, we are unable to part refund deposits, however the full amount of the deposit taken will still be redeemed against your booking on the day. If your party increases, an additional deposit will need to be paid in advance.

Please note, we do not have the facilities to split bills during the Christmas period, one payment will be expected at the end of the meal.

A 10% gratuity will be added to all food and drinks served during the Christmas period.

Please note that during the busy festive times, delays can be incurred if your party is not seated at the correct booking times.

ALLERGENS

We request that any visitors who have allergies to inform the Management at the time of booking.

We try where possible to accommodate people with allergies, due to the size of our kitchen and nature of our menus, we cannot guarantee cross contamination occurring.

People with NUT allergies should be aware that we only use Ground Nut oil.

For further allergen advice, please speak the Management.

By booking a table, the customer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
